items, etc.) to make sure meeting time is used effectively.
We invite the right people to meetings.
Open and Transparent Communication
Next, we will talk about open and transparent communication.
Communication on my team is open, honest, and respectful, and every
person on the team is heard and valued.
My team and manager create a safe environment for me to share my
thoughts and opinions.
I'm encouraged to come up with new and better ways of doing things.
Decision-making
Finally, let’s talk about decision-making.
Decisions impacting my work are made in a timely way.
Decisions impacting my work are not revisited unless a critical issue is
found.
On my team, I am allowed to make decisions to improve team's
productivity.
On our team, the complexity of the decision-making process matches the
