  4. Audit, Pipeline, and Assurances Draft Audit and Data Pipeline Files are due in Epicenter by September 30th. CSI will review data pipeline files and upload into the portal to assess for errors and follow up with the schools on updates as needed. Final Audit and Financial Assurances Forms are due October 15th in Epicenter

  5. Nutrition Update SFA claim Data is requested on the first of the month with a grace period of 5 days. MOU language: Schools must submit full documentation of milk temperature logs, cooler temp lots, sanitation logs, and production logs to CSI. If requirements are not submitted each month, CSI retains the right to withhold meal reimbursements until it is received and verified. We are communicating this with Nutrition staff do we also need to tell Finance and would you like to know prior to the claim being submitted, or when funds are being distributed?

ESSER III & ESSER III Competitive Grant Closeout Will operate the same as ESSER I & ESSER II closeouts in prior years All schools that received ESSER III funding under ESSER III under ESSER III (in any fiscal year) will be required to submit: ESSER III funding and/or any competitive grant competitive grant 1) Signed closeout certification form 2) General ledger for each grant awarded for the entire performance period 3) Closeout workbook to verify any remaining or residual items (only required if your school used any of these funds to purchase supplies or equipment) You will receive an email with all forms and details the first week of October Due back in Epicenter October 29 Due back in Epicenter October 29th th

ESSER III & ESSER III Competitive FY24 Student Participation Reporting At the USDE s request, CDE is collecting information from LEAs on how ESSER funds were used to support learning recovery or acceleration for student groups who were disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic during FY24. The data to be collected is related to student participation in: o Summer Learning o Afterschool Programs o High Dosage Tutoring o Educational Technology If your school used ESSER funds (including ESSER competitive grants) for any of these activities in FY24, you will report the students who were both eligible for the program and who actually participated by name and SASID Will operate the same way as FY23 ESSER Student Participation Reporting You will receive an email with the form and details the first week of October if this reporting applies to your school Due back in Epicenter October 29th Due back in Epicenter October 29th o Since this reporting contains student data, please do not send via email

Epicenter: Categorical Revisions *NEW* Categorical revisions requests now run through Epicenter Categorical: IDEA, READ, Title Competitive: Revisions will still be submitted directly to the CDE CDE will shift to GAINs Instructions: 1. Locate most recently approved budget file under your submissions 2. Download the file and make the proposed revisions 3. Upload the proposed revision using the revision link in the same submission
