Parallel Run KPIs Introduction Context According to Article 26(4) of the Core FB ID CCM, Core TSOs shall: continuously monitor the effects and the performance of the application of this methodology during the parallel run develop, in coordination with the Core regulatory authorities, the Agency and stakeholders, the monitoring and performance criteria and report on the outcome of this monitoring on quarterly basis in a report IDCC external // run started on 5th of December 2023. Since this business day, results of capacity calculation have been published on JAO website [LINK] On the next slide the overview of the KPIs covered in this KPI report is provided. A Reading Guide with a detail description of the KPIs is also available on JAO [LINK] 2

  4. Parallel Run KPIs Reporting period and limitations Reporting period This KPI report covers three months (March May) of IDCC(a) ext//run in Core region, i.e. period 01/03/2024 31/05/2024. Due to issues in the parallel run, following results have been excluded from the KPIs: 31/03 (rejection of some input files due to clock change), 23/04 (no process run due to CCCt 4.0.1 deployment), 26/04 (zero capacity provision on AT borders failed due to IT issues), 05/05 (issues in DA process caused incorrect inputs for ID1 process). As a result, KPI report contains results of 88 business days. Disclaimers RTE and Amprion (D7) limiting constraints at CBCO level (KPI 6) are not displayed due to limitation with input data. HR and Transnet BW (D4) might not be fully representative due to inconsistency of input data. ATC limiting constraints in KPI 6 are the ones which have non-negative RAM at the starting point of the ID ATC extraction and they will become limiting constraints in the end. It means there are not listed those constraints which are pre-congested constraints. However, the pre-congested constraints can also be limiting constraints with their PTDF < 0.5% in ID1. 4
