The fall of humanity into sin, Satan, and death led to a prophecy of enmity between the woman and the devil in Genesis 3:15. Through His death, Christ conquered the power of death and the devil, fulfilling the prophecy. Scriptural passages from Hebrews and John further illustrate His purpose and victory over the ruler of this world, bringing righteousness and judgment.
