Joint Market Engagement A period of joint market engagement was undertaken between June and December 2019 which included the following; Webinars to communicate progress and update Customer Survey Supplier Survey The joint market engagement helped shape issues such as; Clear scope of services for single or multiple frameworks Desired Lot Structure for single or multiple frameworks Optimum solution for inclusion of Environmental Services Single or Multiple Frameworks

  10. Two Separate Frameworks Following a period of joint market engagement, we received board approval to pursue two separate commercial agreements; Construction Professional Services - RM6165 Estates Management Services RM6168 10

RM6165 Market Engagement Since receiving board approval to pursue a separate agreement, we have undertaken RM6165 specific engagement, this included; Customer 1-2-1s Developing customer working groups Supplier 1-2-1s RM6165 Engagement Strategic Customer Meetings (i.e. DIO, MOJ) Web page updates, communica tions and Twitter SME Webinar 11

A further period of engagement will be undertaken which will include the following:- Short survey to capture customer journey issues, along with feedback on proposed emerging lotting structure. Customer and Supplier Workshops Individual Customer and Supplier Engagement sessions Webinars to communicate progress and updates The market research results will help CCS shape the future commercial agreements. We are undertaking a review and presenting our findings and recommendations to our Steering Board over the coming weeks 17
