-Doral Leadership Institute- Monthly trainings provided to principals – Sept- Legal/Discipline/School Safety, Oct- Budget/Compliance/State Reporting, Nov-Data/NV school performance framework, Dec-GRIT/Character Ed
-Board meetings- First board meeting held on August 5th, second meeting was held on Sept 28th, these will continue monthly.

-Regular meetings/principal check ins with Principal Herrera to support him through CIVICA network and Academica
-Initial Planning meeting with Mater Academy principals in reference to the Mater K5 MOU and principal Herrera will be shadowing Mater East, Mater Mtn Vista and Bonanza in Oct- Dec.
-Board member search- position has been posted on the website and social media. The board has selected an interview committee and applications are due Oct 15th. Position will be filled by the end of the month.
-Facilities- Bi weekly meetings with Ethos, please see attached rendering of phase 1- classrooms, athletic space, queue for arrival/dismissal, cafeteria, multipurpose space, etc. See shots of fly thru rendering.
-Design of new website (from wix to Ed Networks) including active poll features to include local families in input
-Community partnerships/MOUs- 2 meetings with CSN, meeting with YMCA, City NLV, plans to further other partnerships
