  4. OAC Subcommittee Concerns/Feedback HIV Alliance: How are clients matched with peers? Peers connect with clients primarily at our Syringe Exchange Service sites. We frequently have clients who let us know that they would like to work with a peer to work toward treatment readiness. We have a data collection form that we use to ask if people are interested in treatment or peer services and if they indicate yes, they are connected to a peer. The peers also will be conducting street outreach and will connect with potential clients during outreach. The Family Nurturing Center: Will funding only go to Josephine County? The Family Nurturing Center does fully intend to use these funds for Josephine county positions and its residents. 4
