EVX is able to assess the platform technologyfrom a scientific presentation deck + use of competitive intelligence databases To make this a painless application, other than a summary and basic administrative information, we simply request a scientific presentation deck. This is what is presented at seminars and conferences Only include non-confidential data. If confidential information needs to be disclosed down the road, an NDA will be signed. Your data will be kept in the strictest confidencein accordanceto the signed NDA. EVX will provide feedback for all applications. If things progress, EVX will work with PIs to firm up the commercial considerations and assist in a Final submission to the Investment Committee, which comprises 36
