  3. 50th Anniversary Project Plan Background and Objectives: The Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay will be celebrating 50th years since its inception. The organization wants to take advantage of this milestone to make significant progress on two of it s Strategic Priorities: 1) Differentiate and Elevate the Alliance Brand A. Increase awareness of the Alliance and its mission (Brand Elevation) B. Celebrate the engagement /accomplishments of environmental leaders 2) Ensure financial Sustainability for the Next 50 Years 3

For each tactic What is it Why are you proposing it Who is/are the target audience(s) When will it occur What resources will you need ($$$, people, etc) Development of a detailed objective project timeline?
