This project focuses on increasing county participation in 4-H project achievement through collaborative efforts among multiple counties. By forming partnerships, the work is shared, leading to more youth engagement and improved project outcomes. The initiative includes innovative programs, staff portfolio competitions, themed events, and surveys reflecting positive responses from youth.
