  4. OAC Subcommittee Concerns 1. Can Center for Human Development (CHD) provide additional rationale related to highly paid staff positions or otherwise reduce salaries? Due to less available funding, CHD reduced personnel costs from 12 FTE to 6.3 FTE. They maintained peer positions which they believe will be critical to success. CHD based salaries on competitive wage estimates for Union County. 4

  5. OAC Subcommittee Concerns 2. Can Center for Human Development provide additional detail regarding the pet costs? Many people who need treatment services are unwilling to access because they do not want to leave their pets unattended. CHD has reduced their budget for pet boarding (dogs and cats) while their owners attend residential treatment from $27k to $2500 total ($139/mo.) . 5
