4. Who? Ministers established Review Group Public Health expertise NHS, Local Authority, COSLA, third sector Scottish Government provide Secretariat support Stakeholder input

5. When? Announced November 2014 Recommendation to Ministers in 2015 Initial engagement seeking responses to 5 questions by Feb 2015 Take stock June/July and identify any further work
