On the sticky note, write the following: Center acronym Short-form project name The strategic planning goal to which the project best aligns Place the note on the respective goal poster. 19

In two or three sentences, tell the group the following: Your name and the name of your center Short-form name of your project Expected overall outcome of that project How it aligns with the strategic planning goal Part 2b: Content centers that are not currently working with [the SEA] may post notes sharing potential areas for technical assistance support. 20

  24. Identifying Technical Assistance Actions Part 1: Individually Given your project, generate current or potential actions for your technical assistance center. Record each action on a separate sticky note. With others at your table Post an action on the chart paper; briefly describe the action; others post similar actions on top of or near the original note; cluster all similar actions before posting a new action. Repeat until all actions are posted and clustered. Post charts on the wall near your table. 24
