  2. Summary Results of our Premises Risk Assessment: 1 Who should attend WSP UK Ltd. offices, client meetings or site?: Hazards Who could be affected? Mitigations and Control In line with Government guidance, the reopening of our offices and our hybrid working approach we can now work from all offices. Ensure that a desk is available/book a desk using Flowscape. Read the Hybrid Working post COVID-19 Hub and FAQs Ensure you have a safe plan to travel between your home and office. Contracting and spreading Coronavirus Visitors to WSP offices, WSP colleagues, people they live with, OCS colleagues, NHS, clients, partners Health, Spreading Coronavirus Visitors to WSP offices, WSP colleagues, people they live with, OCS colleagues, NHS, clients, partners You must self-isolate if you or a member of your household has COVID-19 symptoms or has tested positive. You must self-isolate if you have been instructed to by NHS Test & Trace, the NHS COVID-19 App or in line with Government advice on returning from international destinations. Transport and Commuting to Work: If at any point you believe your safety, health or wellbeing is at risk then STOP, withdraw and make yourself safe. Visitors to WSP offices, WSP colleagues, people they live with, OCS colleagues, NHS, clients, partners Mitigations and Control In planning your visit to the office you need to consider your safe travel plans in accordance with Government Guidance for safer travel

  3. Summary Results of our Premises Risk Assessment: 2 Office Arrangements: Hazards Contracting and spreading Coronavirus Who could be affected? Visitors to WSP offices, WSP colleagues, people they live with, OCS colleagues, NHS, clients, partners Mitigations and Control Alcohol-based sanitizer gel will be available at the entrance and exit of every office and must be used. All colleagues must maintain good hand and respiratory hygiene within the offices. Enhanced cleaning regimes are established within the offices. To support the enhanced cleaning processes, ensure a clear desk. Enhanced ventilation is established within the offices. Avoid sharing equipment where possible. In line with UK Government guidance there is no legal requirement to wear a face covering in the office. However, if colleagues prefer to wear a face covering in the office then they are welcome to do so. Illness: Hazards Transmitting Coronavirus - Office attendee becomes ill in WSP office Who could be affected? Visitors to WSP offices, WSP colleagues, people they live with, OCS colleagues, NHS, clients, partners Mitigations and Control If you start to feel ill with COVID-19 symptoms, make your Line Manager / Location Director aware and go to the Quiet Room. Call NHS 111 and follow advice. Plan safe transport home, or follow NHS medical advice. If practicable, take all your personal items when you leave the office. CRE to arrange for the workstation / quiet room to be deep cleaned. Follow current UK Government guidance on test and trace. If symptoms of COVID-19 materialise then colleagues must self isolate in line with the UK Government advice. As soon as possible colleagues must inform WSP by reporting on ISMS. Sickness absence must be recorded in Business World. If at any point you believe your safety, health or wellbeing is at risk then STOP, withdraw and make yourself safe. Transmitting Coronavirus Office attendee becomes ill within 10 days of attending a WSP office Visitors to WSP offices, WSP colleagues, people they live with, OCS colleagues, NHS, clients, partners

  4. Summary Results of our Premises Risk Assessment: 3 Visitors: Hazards Non WSP employees visiting WSP offices Who could be affected? Visitors to WSP offices, WSP colleagues, people they live with, OCS colleagues, NHS, clients, partners Mitigations and Control You can invite visitors / external guests to our reopened offices following the guidance below: Please inform UK-AdminSupportService@wsp.com of your guests details and the date of their visit. On arrival and departure all visitors and guests must report to Reception and sign the Visitors book They will be issued with a copy of T-HS330: Health, Safety, & Security Information for Visitors. Hosts are responsible for their Visitors and Contractors health and safety whilst at the office. Visitors and Contractors must display their visitor s badge at all times whilst on the premises. If at any point you believe your safety, health or wellbeing is at risk then STOP, withdraw and make yourself safe.

  5. Summary Results of our Premises Risk Assessment: 4 Emergency Procedures: Hazards Transmitting Coronavirus during office emergencies Who could be affected? Visitors to WSP offices, WSP colleagues, people they live with, OCS colleagues, NHS, clients, partners Mitigations and Control Emergency arrangements for our offices include the following controls: First Aid provision: Additional First Aiders (FAs) have been appointed and trained now that we have moved to a hybrid working model. FAs for your office are identified on the Zero Harm Notice Board. If there is not a First Aider on site, then NHS 111 or 999 should be called for advice or emergency assistance. Automated Emergency Defibrillators (AEDs) are available in each office and can be used by anyone; the unit audibly and visually instructs the user. First Aid kits are issued to each First Aider and located in communal areas (normally the kitchen area). Your office guide will specify where communal boxes are placed. Emergency Evacuation: Additional Emergency Coordinators (ECs) and Fire Wardens (FWs) have been appointed and trained now that we have moved to a hybrid working model. ECs and FWs for your office are identified on the Zero Harm Notice Board. If the fire alarm sounds, you must evacuate and follow your normal evacuation procedures. It is everyone s responsibility to be familiar with their local emergency procedures (found in the Office Guides, on the Zero Harm Notice Boards, and by every exit), and to follow them during a fire alarm / emergency evacuation - you should not wait for instruction from an Emergency Coordinator / Fire Warden. The responsible person (EC or FW), fire service or landlord representative will inform you when it is safe to return. If at any point you believe your safety, health or wellbeing is at risk then STOP, withdraw and make yourself safe.
