  13. Academic Requirements for Athletics All first semester freshmen are eligible. Second semester freshmen must be passing 5 out of 6 courses Must also have at least a 1.5 GPA All other grades must have at least a 2.0 GPA and be passing 5 out of 6 courses. Students cannot have more than 13 absences (for any reason) in a semester. 13

  18. 1. Go to my.ncedcloud.org 2. Enter Username & Password Enter your student ID (lunch #) Enter your password.

  19. 3. Select HB SIS Student LEA 410 Click here

  20. 4. Select Class Registration Select Class Registration

  21. 5. Read Instructions at Top of Screen 6. Register for Classes Click on the pencil to make your selections.

  22. 7. Selecting Courses Select 1 course in each area and click Okay . Each grade level will have choices specific to their grade level. Some categories will allow for multiple selections. Please consider your teacher recommendations.

  23. 7. Selecting Courses (continued) Courses are listed in alphabetical order. Depending on the number of courses, some course groups will have multiple screens. For Fine Arts Electives: Level 1 = Beginning Level 2 = Intermediate Level 3 = Proficient Level 4 = Advanced indicates multiple screens Click here to access additional courses. Proficient and Advanced levels require teacher recommendation and/or audition.

  24. 8. Select 6 Credit Hours/Courses As you make selections, boxes will appear with the course names. Make sure you have no ! s on the right hand side.

  25. 9. Select 2 Alternate Electives The last category at the bottom of the screen is Alternate Electives . Your registration is NOT complete until you select 2 alternates. Select the Pencil and choose 2 alternates. All alternate choices are treated equally by PowerScheduler. They are not selected/scheduled by ranked order.

  26. 11. Error Messages If you receive an error message, you must go back and correct your selections.

  27. 12. Double Check Your Selections When you select Submit the above screen will appear. Double check your work. Did you consider your teacher recommendations? Do you have the courses you need to graduate or to stay on track to graduate? You may edit these selections until the online registration window closes on March 14
