In doing so, build a better way of life for the weaker sections of society and raise the country's human development index. Transform 100,000 individuals by providing access to education, inclusive healthcare and skill development by 2025 Provide economically disadvantaged individuals with dignified and inclusive access to healthcare Improve school education outcomes for children through STEAM - Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics Invest in skilling in Tier 2 and 3 communities through our flagship PROJECT 10,000 initiative 3

  4. Impact FY- 2021- 2022 Name of the organization Sector Impact proposed About the organization/project Shilpa foundation in collaboration with Narayana hruduayalaya . Omega Champions also volunteered to monitor the event. 1 Over 1104 individuals were vaccinated near Omega's office Health Shilpa Foundation Mobile vaccination drive in partnership with the government and Kauvery hospital for residents in and around Trichy is progress around 2000 individuals will be vaccinated Infrastructure cost for 2 computer labs construction for girls high school was provided, over 786 girls will have access to digital learning Seva samajam Children home infrastructure cost was covered including flooring, painting and laptops. 70 Children are residents of the children's home and 200 children including in-house children will have access to the school Sparking curiosity, creativity and confidence in middle school children in Govt. schools in TN. Agastya foundation focuses on teaching science education with a unique pedagogy of hands on learning experiences. With Omegas support they will touched 10K children , 120 teachers from each project in Trichy and Chennai. 2 Trichy Mobile Vaccination Drive Healthcare Education (Infra) 3 Ramakrishna Math RKM is a all girls high school from low economic backgrounds situated in Chennai . Education (Infra) Seva samajam children home is in, Pallipattu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu and they are a part of Guild of service 4 Seva Samajam Children Home Agastya Foundation - SC and Math lab and Mobile Science lab Science Centre and math lab in Ashoknagar Chennai Science center and Mobile Science lab is in Trichy 5 Education Saahas runs a project Kasa kiosk - a waste segregation facility near wind tunnel road which is manned facility.They also focus on creating awareness for local residents. Omega is also working closely with MSSI is making them employable and self sufficient while interacting with them to understand the challenges they face while they are working. Project Bala focuses on an entrepreneurship model aiming to train women as hyperlocal resource persons called Baala Associates (BAs). While Ensuring Menstrual Health and Hygiene awareness among consumers, Bala associates not only are empowered to earn livelihood but to nurture her potential to become a trained node for disseminating knowledge about menstrual health and hygiene in their local community. 6 Saahas-Kasa kiosk Healthcare Every month approx. 7k of waste is collected and divided into wet, dry and reject Support towards Medical, Physiotherapy and Patient welfare activities by providing medical reimbursement, Physiotherapy, Aids & equipment s, support towards MRI, Hospitalization & Medical Camps.35 individual 7 Multiple Sclerosis Society of India Healthcare Health/Skill s Aims to create sustainable livelihood opportunities for women in distressed communities. 4500 Women beneficiaries in Bangalore , Chennai and Tirchy. 8 Project Baala Focuses on providing Children undergoing cancer treatment with Nutrition Supplements, Counselling and ration kits their families in knavery hospital. 30 children and their families will be supported Cuddles Foundation Trichy 9 Healthcare Proposed Impact of Cuddles is 30 families per month Omega in collaboration with Project Baala conducted a workshop on Menstrual health and hygiene for high school girls which focus on the best practices of hygiene. Over 400 girls were exposed during this workshop 10 Qrg Foundation RKM Workshop- project baala Health Invest in 21st century skills for school dropouts and youth from three tier cities in tamil nadu 11 This is our flagship inniciative. Impact FY 2020-21 Name of the organization Sector Social Impact 1 Agastya International Foundation Education Science lab and MSL -124,097 student exposure and 203 teacher exposures Nutrition supplements and ration kits for 800 children cancer warriors and their family 2 Cuddles Foundation Healthcare Education and Skill development to under privileged women and children through digital literacy, tailoring and other vocational courses. Healthcare initiatives including medical camps, vaccination programs, Covid mitigation, polio eradication, medical assistance, etc. 3 Rotary Club of Madras Education 19,185 meals and 3.995 mask were provided to migrant workers across the state Tamil Nadu Hospital infrastructure beds, windows and doors. Around 20 residents have will be supported initially 4 Bhoomika Trust Covid relief 5 Soul Free Healthcare 6 Saahas-Kasa kiosk Healthcare 10 tons of dry waste and 33 tons of wet waste were collected during 2020-2021 30 MS warriors were provided support with medical expenses and physiotherapy. 10,000 masks were donated to Trichy police Bottles of sanitizers were donated to Bangalore police 10,000 masks and sanitization machine was donated 7 Multiple Sclerosis Society of India Healthcare 8 COVID-19 Expenses Covid relief 6
