2. Introduction ART Access has been adopted by Ministry of Health as an electronic tool to be used for client and stock management in the CRPDDP approach. ART Access is fully integrated with EMR electronic system available at Health facilities ART Access is to be integrated with RX, IICS , work in progress . Health facility staff will update EMR and stock in ARTAcces. Pharmacy staff to update the ART Access system only.

4. ART Access can be accessed using the Web Portal link: http://52.12.36.20:8070/ Individual usernames and passwords will be provided to facilities and pharmacies to access the interface of ART Access.
