MISSING EVIDENCE INCLUDING ANY MANDATORY EVIDENCE (OR IDEALLY SUGGEST DIT COMPLETES PRIOR TO PANEL AND UPLOAD EDUCATORS NOTE ONCE COMPLETED) ANY CONCERNS RE INCONGRUENT/MIXED EVIDENCE AND UNCERTAINTY ABOUT PROGRESS AND PANELS OPINION WOULD BE HELPFUL.
