Board of Directors, Past Chair NACD, Northern California Chapter Kim Box has over a decade of public and private board room experience. Ms. Box is on the board of directors of McGrath RentCorp (NASDAQ: MGRC), a diversified business-to-business rental company, she is the chair of the Nomination/Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. Ms. Box served on the board of American River Bank (NASDAQ: AMRB), a community business bank, for nine years until it was recently acquired. She served as chair of the Finance & Capital Committee and the Directors Loan Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee. Ms. Box serves on the Applied Science, Inc. board of directors, in the advanced medical technologies industry, where she is a member of the Compensation Committee. She also serves on the National Association of Corporate Directors Northern California chapter board of directors and is the past chair of the board. Ms. Box is the former CEO and president at Gatekeeper Innovation Inc., a medical device company that provides innovative solutions for securing prescription medications. Ms. Box is a former HP vice president with extensive experience in information technology (IT). At HP, she led IT outsourcing services, customer support services, telecommunication/networking, and engineering in the HP Services business. She led a $1 billion organization with over 100 locations around the world. She has deep expertise in the area of digital transformation and information technology services. Ms. Box holds the NACD Directorship Certification and the CERT on Cybersecurity Oversight. She is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow and currently serves on the Carlsen Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Advisory Board at California State University, Sacramento.
