  1. Access to Residence Hall & Rec Centers Library card and materials checkout Access into NCAA athletics events (football requires ticket purchase) Meal plans Make purchases using 2 different accounts: Dining Dollars Please note that additional funds cannot be added to Dining Dollars accounts but Bama Cash can be added at any time, which is accepted at all Dining Dollars locations. Bama Cash - Bama Cash is required for residence hall laundry and campus network printing.

  2. Dining Dollars Program Designed to supplement a student s campus dining needs All undergraduate students enrolled in: Header Fall: Spring: Summer: 9+ on-campus credit hours 9+ on-campus credit hours 5+ on-campus credit hours $350 Dining Dollars $350 Dining Dollars $100 Dining Dollars Please note that additional funds cannot be added to Dining Dollars accounts. Unused Dining Dollars will: After Spring or Summer: Convert to Bama Cash (Request Refund 1 month prior to Graduation or Departure) After Fall: Rollover to Spring as Dining Dollars

  3. Bama Cash Can be used at over 100 on and off campus locations (gas, laundry, food, books, coffee, printing, etc.) Look for: Header Can add more as needed through guest deposit module with student s CWID through ACTCARD.UA.EDU Any unused Bama Cash:

  4. The All Access Meal Plan will be automatically assigned when they make a housing assignment. If a student wants to reduce to the 125 Silver Meal Plan, they must do so on myBama by July 29, 2023. Both meal plans include 10 guest meals per semester. Meal plan is accepted at: 2 All-You-Care-To-Eat Locations http://bamadining.ua.edu 5 Retail Locations Julia s Market Presidential Terrace Deli in the Witt Center Fruited in the Witt Center Mary B s in Burke Hall Sola Taqueria at Lakeside Dining Hall Students who join a Greek organization are automatically downgraded to an Essential Meal plan (55 dining hall swipes and 25 retail swipes per semester to supplement chapter meal plans)when the bid list is sent to Bama Dining by the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life (OFSL).

  6. Your hub for sending and receiving student mail. Header Located in the Student Center directly across from the Supe Store, the Campus Mail Service Center (CMSC) is available to assist students with: Receiving packages from all major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS) Sending pre-stamped mail (USPS) Shipping pre-labeled packages (UPS, USPS, FedEx) Purchasing outbound shipping through USPS Having stamps, envelopes, and packaging supplies available for purchase Please note, we do NOT accept freight shipments or local deliveries such as Spark, Instacart, grocery store deliveries, flower deliveries, etc.

  7. YOUR CAMPUS ADDRESS Address all student mail and packages must using the following format: STUDENT ENROLLED NAME MSC # _ _ _ _ _ _ DISTRICT # _ _ _ 1831 UNIVERSITY STATION TUSCALOOSA, AL 35487 Header Never use the physical address of the student s residence hall or Greek house. USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon do NOT deliver to the residence halls, so the item will be returned to the sender.

  8. MOVE-IN PACKAGES Header There is no limit to number or size of packages however, only ship necessary items. We highly recommend staple items like cleaning supplies and water be purchased locally upon arrival. Send packages for fall 2023 move-in between Jun 1 and July 21. Early items will not be accepted. Items received after Jul 21 may not be available on your move-in date.

  9. MOVE-IN PACKAGES Header The student s ACT card is required for verification when picking up packages received for move-in. Packages will not be released to a friend or family member. Verify dimensions and amenities with the residence hall before purchasing or shipping items. Large furniture, headboards and rugs may not fit.

  10. www.supestore.ua.edu Three convenient on-campus locations: The University of Alabama Student Center, The Corner Supe Store on Bryant Drive & Town Center on University Boulevard Can assist you with Course materials (textbooks in various formats, school supplies, kits, and more) Access Granted-for some courses, not all Bama clothing, souvenirs, and gifts Campus living supplies and planners/agendas Official class rings The Apple Campus Store, located in The University of Alabama Student Center, offers education pricing, service and repair on Apple computers and software.
