ESSER Background Information ESSER Funding March 2020 Round 1 December 2020 Round 2 March 2021 Round 3 Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSAA) American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act The purpose of the ESSER funds is to address the impact of COVID-19 on elementary and secondary schools.

2022-2023 Budget Development Information After receiving your ESSER SENI allocation letter: Share your comprehensive needs assessment results and the allocation resources with councils, advisory committees, and other stakeholders as appropriate and seek their input regarding the use of these funds See the Budget Development & Engagement Modules from PCS Write your 2022-2023 ESSER SENI plan Use the ESSER SENI FAQs to confirm allowability (will share this document in the Schoology group once finalized) Have your plan ready by your BD appointment date so your CoS Administrator has enough time to review and approve it
