The International Skills Diploma Seal (ISDS) program is designed for eligible seniors to enhance their global competencies through language studies, extracurricular activities, community service, and a capstone presentation. By completing specific requirements by April 2020, students can earn this distinguished seal to signal their readiness for college and careers with an international focus. Interested seniors can apply by completing an application/interest form before October 25, 2019.   2. International Skills Diploma Seal What? ISDS is a seal affixed to your diploma. Eligible seniors must complete all requirements, including a capstone presentation. Why? It is a signal to colleges and employers that students have engaged in courses and extracurricular activities that foster global competencies. When? As soon as you complete an application / interest form (submission deadline: October 25, 2019) Connect to Achieve; Lead to Inspire Connect to Achieve; Lead to Inspire

  3. International Skills Diploma Seal Requirements (completed by April 2020): at least three credits in the SAME world language (or ESOL) another credit in either the SAME or a DIFFERENT world language (or ESOL) at least four credits in courses determined to have an international focus at least four extracurricular activities with global themes and/or in global contexts (e.g. exchange programs, international and language clubs, travel abroad) at least 20 hours of community service involving a global/cross- cultural public service project a capstone presentation on the knowledge gained in the courses and activities listed above Connect to Achieve; Lead to Inspire Connect to Achieve; Lead to Inspire
