COBAFI: COLLABORATIVE BAYESIAN FILTERING is a model developed by Alex Beutel and collaborators to predict user preferences in online recommendation systems. The model aims to fit user ratings data, understand user behavior, and detect spam. It utilizes Bayesian probabilistic matrix factorization and explores different inference methods to achieve accurate predictions.
