Understanding of ICTs & Inclusive ICTs Technologies for all, i.e. Mobile, Tabs, Bank ATMs, Recharge mechanics, Computers, Laptops, Print, Audio & video devices i.e. Radio, TVs, Books Apps, Public communication centers, Cable TV & internet, Accessible Information Listenable, Readable, Easy to read, Pictorial, Easy to use & user info, Accessible apps, Information through ICT from anywhere to all without any discrimination or with options.

3. Barriers of ICTs Lack of knowledge, Unaffordable, Limited apps & unfriendly apps, Very limit research & neglected for disability diversity research Questions of train manpower, Unfriendly policies, Unaware Gov t authorities,

4. Inclusive ICTs & Govt of Nepal Deaf friendly mobile, limited Captioning & sign language in TV, Limited brail books, Very rare Easy to Read materials, Initiation of Lifts, Apps, Thinks, Positive Constitution of Nepal & Int l pressure, Policies (negative & positive)

5. Thematic Issues of Inclusive ICTs Physical Disability Profound physical disability friendly technology,( i.e. amputation, quadriplegia, CP, MD, Spina bifida ) Health related technology & Information, Friendly test-tube baby technology, Lifts, information devices, Affordable & Gov t funding on disability extra cost, Including Physical disability friendly policies. Intellectual & developmental Disability Behiever friendly technology, Easy to read information, Informative Apps, i.e.to Care, facility, Decision makings, Personal attendances , family support etc, Involvement to develop ICTs Training to use of ICTs App for Self Advocates Personal information tag (to public places, hospitals, colleges etc,) Affordable & Gov t funding on disability extra cost, Including I/DD friendly policies.
