Financial and management guidelines- Covid Emergency New guidelines issued by the European Commission and received from the National agency on the 2nd of November 2020 We are in the process of signing an addendum with the NA for implementation of online activities Mid Term Report, submitted on the 1st of October 2020, with financial rules aligned with the new guidelines

Financial and management guidelines- Covid Emergency The EC invites the beneficiaries to explore the possibility of realizing in virtual mode Budget Line NEW eligible budget Additional information Transnational Project Meeting None Costs incurred will be covered by Project Management and Implementation budget Multiplier Events 15% of the unit cost per local participant (100 euro), up to a maximum of Euro 5.000 for all the online MEs Supporting documentation: material distributed during the event; signed declaration of the hosting partner proving the participants Learning Teaching and Training Activities 15% of the unit cost recognized per participant as individual support (106); no travel costs Signed declaration of the hosting partner listing participants; activity s purpose; start and end dates

Financial and management guidelines- Covid Emergency Beneficiaries can transfer up to 60% of the allocated funds for each of the following budget categories: Transnational Project Meetings; Multiplier Events; Learning / Teaching / Training Activities and Exceptional Costs to any other budget category , with the exception of the budget categories Project Management and Implementation and Exceptional Costs; Residual funds of activities carried out in virtual mode can be transferred in other categories (Intellectual Output, in particular); Beneficiaries can transfer up to 10% of funds from any budget category to the Exceptional Costs budget category.
