Improved communication to students on pursuit of academic goals: Messaging and appointment campaigns through advising and coaching units - Robust targeted outreach on monthly basis - Texting to encourage Spring 20 enrollment (1100 students contacted, over 450 enrolled/43%)

  8. Navigate How does it benefit students? Improved communication to students on pursuit of academic goals: Feedback to students on progress in courses - New alerts for students not attending at start of term - 850 UWM instructors submitted 47,000 progress reports in Fall 19 (+17%)
