Shielded populations in Wales What are the questions we should be asking? How to identify the most vulnerable? Did shielding protect against the direct impact of COVID-19 on health? What is the (delayed/unmet) health care needs amongst the population? What was the indirect impact of the health protection response to COVID-19 on the most vulnerable? o Health (physical or mental health) o Socio-economic (employment) o Impact on those in same household
