  2. Course Planning Sheets Students are attending grade level meetings this week with their Assistant Principal & Counselor. Information will be shared about course registration for next school year and where to locate the course card. Current 9thGrade: Monday, 2/6 Current 10thGrade: Tuesday, 2/7 Current 11thGrade: Wednesday, 2/8 Incoming 9thgraders from CCMS: 2/15 Pep Rally Students should be prepared to input their course requests during online registration day in their English class (from Feb.20-Mar. 3). Students are encouraged to speak with their parents, current teachers, and grade level school counselor about appropriate course selections for next year.

  6. Applications Applications are due by March 10th Art Dance Theatre Journalism Orchestra Ceramics Peer Counseling/Pack Leader OJT Applications are available on the CCHS website under the 23-24 registration tab (bottom of the page).

  7. AP Expectations Agreement Form The deadline for the AP Expectations Form is March 10th If a student chooses to no longer take a selected AP course, they must notify their Grade Level Counselor by March 10thto make adjustments to their course requests. Students WILL NOT be permitted to drop AP courses after this deadline. AP Expectations form is located on the CCHS website CCHS website Registration Tab 23-24 Registration Advanced Placement Agreement form Must have a Parent Signature Electronic form only

  8. Dual Enrollment 10th grade students may take up to 7 credits on the PHSC campus and/or online. Students must have their own transportation. 11thgrade student may take up to 16 credits on the PHSC campus and/or online. Requirements: 1) application on file with PHSC, 2) 3.0 unweighted GPA, and 3) college readiness test scores on the ACT/SAT/PERT. Student will need to meet with Counselor before completing the PHSC application to verify GPA. Once completed, Counselor will send transcript to PHSC. Students will need to take the PERT test no later than end of March. All test scores need to be provided to Counselor no later than April 1st. Fall registration will be completed electronically. Details TBA. Students interested in DE for next school year MUST still complete a course planning sheet with CCHS. If your student is interested for DE in the fall, they MUST plan to meet with their grade level School Counselor immediately following spring break to begin the process.

  9. Online Course Requirement Students must complete at least one online course to meet the online requirement for graduation. If the course has two segments, student would need to complete semester 1 & 2 to satisfy the online requirement. Online courses over the summer: course must be requested before the end of May for School Counselor approval. On Campus Eschool Placeholder If this is selected, student will choose the placeholder as a priority elective (#1-6). Course must be started after July 1st Off Campus Eschool Placeholder If this is selected, student will choose the placeholder as a priority elective (#1-6). Course must be started after July 1st. Parent Consent for Off-Campus agreement form must be signed (electronically; under the 23-24 Registration tab).
