  2. What is IAG? Information, Advice and Guidance Our aim is to provide high quality and impartial information, advice and guidance to all customers. This vision is shared across all staff at Functional Skills UK (FSUK), and in line with our core mission of championing a dynamic and flexible approach to learning. We want to understand our learners goals and provide the choices for them to succeed.

  3. IAG Available to YOU Flexible and bespoke You will receive IAG from Functional Skills UK in many ways over the course of your journey with us. Some examples are: Induction and enrolment we have face to face and online enrolments for our learners to attend! Separate signup session programme with sector specialists means our IAG is specific Knowledgeable teaching staff with experience in their industry Functional Skills UK website Policies and Learner Welfare Correspondence throughout your journey We are here for you! Assessment Feedback throughout your learning Signposting and Referrals to organisations and communities

More about your induction: Depending on what course/s you wish to attend with us we have specific enrolment sessions to suit your needs: Tuesdays at 10am Functional Skills courses - Zoom Wednesdays at 13:45 ESOL courses Face to Face Fridays at 10am Short courses Face to Face These sessions are run by sector specialists. If you cannot attend these set dates please don t worry, we can facilitate 1:1 sessions and we can be flexible just speak to us!

Induction After you complete an induction with Functional Skills UK you should be clear on: - Who we are as an organisation, the choices that are available to you to succeed from us - Who to contact for any Safeguarding concerns - Where to find our policies and information on Learner Welfare - Understand how we fund our learners - Completed your enrolment on FLIP and attached documentation required
