WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU ARE HACKED? 1 - If you suspect that you may have been hacked or that a breach may have occurred, I d suggest first disconnecting the device from the internet or any network immediately. Unplug network cables or turning off the data and Wi-Fi and switching to Airplane mode.

  10. WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU ARE HACKED? 2 Do not turn off the device. Valuable information stored in memory (RAM) such as network connections, running apps and processes, lists of programs accessed by various users and other useful information will be lost.

  11. WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU ARE HACKED? 3 Make a report to the Fraud Squad. An email detailing the incident can also be sent to cybercrime@ttps.gov.tt

  12. WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU ARE HACKED? 4 Contact a professional. Specific procedures and practices must be adhered to foe the isolation, acquisition, preservation, analysis and documentation of evidence and discovered artifacts.
