  2. Aims of this workshop: - familiarise you with the Wellbeing improvement journey at Elrick - opportunities to talk to children and staff about daily experiences and learning in health and wellbeing - give you a chance to look at resources and experience health and wellbeing approaches

  3. Life and Ethos of the School The wellbeing of our school community is of utmost importance and at the forefront of all we do. We actively encourage children to talk about their social and emotional wellbeing and learning, as well as supporting staff members wellbeing. We have been recognised for this focus with a Wellbeing Award for Schools. Elrick Staff Handbook 2023
