Infection Control (KDHE) Added multiple industry-specific definitions for clarification as they are used throughout this section. Updated the definition of universal precautions to standard precautions Removed specific piercing definitions. Requires all persons providing body art services to comply with the infection control regulations to hold all practitioners to the sanitation standards regardless of license status (consistent with cosmetology profession regulations).
