Collective security is a crucial concept in international politics, aimed at maintaining peace and preventing aggression among nations. This system calls for joint action to counter threats to global peace, originating post-World War I with the League of Nations. Based on four key principles, nations agree to reject force except in self-defense, view an attack on one as an attack on all, unite against aggression, and provide resources for security. Emphasizing strength and unity, collective security remains a cornerstone in global diplomacy.
