BEEBE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH INTEGRATION FRAMEWORK FOR VISION Primary Care Behavioral Health Clinic Medical Center Integrate BBH provider into Primary Care Office Improve access to patients from all locations Facilitate consultation, counseling and psychiatric stabilization for patients of Beebe Hospital, Beebe Surgical Center, Emergency Dept and Tunnell Center Collaborative Patient- Centered care Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine Bring treatment to location Testing, group and family therapy Induction to Suboxone and Methadone for patients with OUD Reduce stigma of visit for Mental Health treatment Strengthen continuum of confidential MH and SUD service (Code Lavender) for Beebe employees Optimize step down to care upon discharge Increase Primary Care capacity In-Person and Telemedicine consultation, counseling and treatment Integrate resident and student psychiatric curriculum across services In-Person consultation, counseling, and treatment
