  2. Setting Boundaries Trusted Adults We all should have adults in our life who we can trust Trusted adults are adults that we can count: To help us To protect us To listen to us To make us feel loved Who are some trusted adults in your life?

Setting Boundaries Keeping Secrets Trusting adults should never ask us to keep secrets All secrets can be told Secrets we can keep No one is in danger Ex. your sister s birthday surprise If there i something going on in your life that makes you feel nervous, scared, or hurt then tell a trusted adult, even if you ve been told to keep it a secret.

Constructive criticism-given to help make the other person better, not to tear them down Unselfish-think of yourself less. Our schools, just like our lives are more about what we give than what we get. Being brave enough to do what you should, even when you're afraid Joy-finding a way to be happy, even when things don't go your way

  11. Visible Learning Goals 4th and 5th grade students will list 3 boundaries and why they are important If you are not sure if a secret can be told, tell your teacher or your counselor
