  7. Boundaries Your needs for personal space, privacy, and your comfort with touch (hugs, kisses). Physical Boundaries Boundaries How you feel about lending/borrowing items and sharing possessions. Material Boundaries Boundaries Knowing your limits on how you spend your time so that you can protect your time and energy. Time Boundaries Boundaries Knowing that your feelings are separate from another person s, and you are not responsible for other people's feelings. Emotional Boundaries Boundaries

  11. What are Relationships? A relationship is a close connection between two people. There are many kinds of relationships. Family, friends, romantic etc. Building trust, having respect and understanding each other's boundaries will help support a healthy relationship.
