Understanding Illness and Disability for Young Learners

I can classify illnesses which are long-term and short-term. Create a PowerPoint to educate younger year groups about the impact of different medical conditions.
Illness and Disa Illness and Disabilit Task 1: Think, Pair and Share bility y Think You have 60 seconds to write how you know when someone is ill think about symptoms and how people might act when they are ill. Pair Share your ideas with your partner, write down any examples that you did not have. Share Share your ideas with the rest of the class.

This might have been when you were younger, when you were ill, if you had broken an arm or a leg In your pairs, make a list of the type of care you needed, for example, help up the stairs, warm drinks Was it long-term or short-term care?
