Arrange the shuffled letters to form the word suggested by the picture. 2. Read and arrange the steps in politely answering a phone call. 3. Use connectors in writing the steps in politely answering a phone call in a short paragraph. 4. Share the paragraph about the steps in politely answering a phone call to a partner. 5. Listen to your partner and check if your partner did the task in the checklist. 6. Show the checklist to your partner. 7. Recall the happiest experience in your class. 8. Use connectors in recounting your experience to the class.
