E-GRANT is an advanced resource allocation tool developed by EGI-Engage for efficiently managing resources allocation for projects related to computing, storage, and VMs. The tool allows customers to send requests, negotiate resources, sign SLAs, and view allocations. It also enables resources providers to specify resources for allocation, negotiate with customers, and analyze allocations. The E-GRANT system supports various types of resources, documents, allocation modes, and authorization methods to streamline the allocation process. Additionally, E-GRANT is continuously evolving with new features such as integration of full contract/SLA lifecycle, pay-per-use process, and support for special allocation types like seed resources and hackathons.
