DEWATERING OF POND 5 Contractor to develop Dewatering Plan o PLAN TO BE REVIEWED & APPROVED BY KYTC RESIDENT ENGINEER o USACE/KDOW REQUIRE SLOW RELEASE Oldham Co.-LaGrange Development Authority (OLDA) to commence with Stream Mitigation Plan development at completion of dewatering Contractor responsible for maintenance activities in area of pond northside throughout project 1.The contactor is responsible for the maintenance activities within the temporary easement south of Ring Road between Stations 306+30 and 310+05 until the project is called complete by the KYTC Resident Engineer or until the Stream Mitigation plan that is to be done by others commences. The contractor will be notified by KYTC if they are to be released. o CAP NOTE -
