  3. Other Divisions within or outside of the SPAA? Child Care (Recipients/Providers) Separate? Medical Separate? Fraud Separate? Workers Compensation? Long Term Care Home Based Care for Elderly/Disabled? Sharing Data

  4. Vested Interest in Other State Agencies? Does an Agency-Level General MOU Already Exist Do you Need a Specific MOU for PARIS Purposes Data Sharing Agreements, Computer Matching Agreements, or HIPAA Business Associate Agreements Sharing Data Successful Veterans Benefit Enhancement Projects Require It Someone Qualified to do Outreach State Division of Veterans Affairs Federal VA Outreach Teams American Legions, VFW units, etc. Sharing EBT Usage Information SNAP allowable across states for administration of the program
