In the back of your exercise book... Grammar Starter: Full stops and capital letters Definitions: Full stops are the most used piece of punctuation and they indicate a long pause. Capital letters are used at the start of a sentence or paragraph. They are also used for proper nouns (names of people, places, titles, months, days of the week ) .
