By pooling resources, sharing staff, and promoting collaboration among schools, the system seeks to improve educational outcomes, support children with disabilities, and foster community engagement in education. Through innovative mechanisms like twinning public and private schools, this model facilitates better governance, monitoring, and initiatives at the local level.

  1. EFFICIENT RESOURCING AND EFFECTIVE GOVERANCE THROUGH SCHOOL COMPLEXS/ CLUSTERS 3.7 NAME OF TEACHER--- NAVIN KUMAR (HM UHS TARALAHI HANUNANNAGAR DBG) EXPERIENCE-------1. TEACHER FROM ------------17-10-94 RESOURCE PERSON FROM 2000 TO 2007 IN BRC DBG APO BEP SAMASTIPUR -----FROM APRIL 2007 TO MARCH 2010

  2. As per New Education policy-20 Govt. adopting innovative mechanism to rationalize school upto 2025 Every school have adequate no. of counsellors /trained social workers and teachers for teaching all subject including Art ,Music , Science , Sports ,Languages and Vocational subject.

  3. Adequate resource such as Library , science Lab , computer Lab ,skill Labs ,playground ,sports equipment and facilities. A sense of community development programme sharing of teaching-learning content ,joint content development ,holding joint activities such as Art & Science exhibition ,sports meet ,quizzes & debates. Cooperation and support across school.

  4. All stake holders from foundation stage to secondary stage school integrated as semi autonomous unit. One possible mechanism establishment of a grouping structure called the school complex ,consisting of one secondary school together with all other schools offering lower grade in its neighbourhood including Angarwaris in 5 km to 10km radius.

  5. The establishment of school complexes /clusters and the sharing of resources across complexes will have a number of other benefits as a consequence ,such as improved support for children with disabilities ,more topic-centred clubs and academic /Sports /Arts /Craft events across school complex. Use of ICT tools to conduct virtual classes better student support ,enrolment ,attendance performance.

  6. Through sharing of social workers and counsellers ,school complex management committee for more robust and improved governance monitoring ,oversight ,innovations and initiatives by local stakeholders. Enhance cooperation between public and private schools the Twinning /pairing of one public school with one private school will be adopted so that much paired school interact each other.

  7. The school should be a point of celebration and honour for whole community. To create space for experiments for innovation. Opportunity available for use of resources in different way . School having providing facilities ,providing spaces like rewards recognition encouragement for innovate new things for school purpose of teachers and students.

  8. DEVELOP SCHOOL AS LEARNING ORGANIZATION FOR CONTINUOUS GROWTH AND IMPROVEMENT FOR Learning organization needs:----- 1. PERSONAL MASTERY Having clear focus on set her goals Pattern of thinking feelings ,behaviours Working towards difference make others. 2. MENTAL MODELS Increasing awarness of our own and other s attitudes

  9. 3. SHARED VISION School Ambience (Environment) Learning environment Parent support Students performance Better teacher student relationship Better school community relationship Better HM ,Teacher and student relationship.

  10. 4. TEAM LEARNING Way to develop the capacity of all its members. Way to develop the capacity of all stake holder Enter-change of knowledge enriches SKILL Team learning is a collective process of examining beliefs ,problem solving and reflecting on practices to improve school

  11. 5. SYSTEM THINKING System thinking ,equips a leader to look at issues and problems from macro perspective. Inter relationship between different aspects of the same problem Resolve problems at their root cause. Twining of school faciliate professional learning with colleagues/ peers/fellow HM/Community to share and problem solving.

HABBITS TOUSE OF SOAP BANK, PAD BANK, FIRST AID KITS BY STUDENT , USE OF TLM BANK BY STUDENT AND TEACHER TO DEVELOP READING HABITS IN LIBRARY USE OF MOBILE APP AND SCHOOL WEBSITE FOR LEARNING IN CORONA PERIOD 30-40% STUDENT.
