Nate Haack will be sending emails thru TEAMSNAP WITH LINKS to all families to set up the registrations that will be needed. REGISTRATION WILL END ON JANUARY 31ST WITH THE SCHOOL The team fee for this year is $285 per athlete. 8
We compete in the MN clay Target League. A separate fee of $35 will be paid to the league (MN Clay Target League) upon sign up. Peggy will send this info out later. This is the 2nd part of registration. This fee is paid in February and this sign up starts on February 1st. There will be another $45 fee paid to the league upon signing up for the Alexandria State Shoot in June. This fee is paid in May 9
THE FEE FOR THE SKEET TEAM WILL BE COLLECTED IN APRIL. THAT FINAL FIGURE HAS NOT BEEN DETERMINED YET BUT WILL INCLUDE 7 WEEKS OF RANGE FEES THERE WILL BE A LEAGUE FEE AND CHAMPIONSHIP FEE AS WELL 10
All range fees including tips. Our Own Team Tournament Shoot Team Jersey and Hat. Team Parties (Food and Annie Oakley Shoot!) All of our coaches and staff are unpaid volunteers. We receive no school funds. None of your money goes to the coaches. 11
Money raised from Sponsors saved each shooter over $150 this year. 12
We have several levels of sponsors that can fit any business size! Please help us find new sponsors. Sponsorship form is available from Tim or Peggy. Jersey Logo deadline is Jan 31st. 13

Website is now open to order optional team logo items through Universal Athletic. The website is for clothing for the athletes and families. Always Check your guns before casing them Ammo Do I have the right shotgun shells? Comply happily with all Safety Officers requests! No dogs are to be brought to practice or competition. No parents in front of the sidewalk. Be open to safety and procedure changes Any medical issues/allergies please let us know. NO AIR PODS OR OTHER MUSICAL EAR DEVICES 24
Minneapolis Gun Club is our home range and we need to respect it. We are their invited guests. No Alcohol or Smoking by Spectators. Range time is a precious commodity and it s essential we maintain a strong relationship to keep the program growing. Driving please drive slow once entering the gun club. 25

19 Average spot on team is safe for 2023. I ll use entire season and/or the 5 comp weeks for best average determination If you fall below this average you will need to tryout in September to obtain your position for 2023 28
Lettering 20 or better competitive avg. During 5 comp weeks Any round of 24 or 25 in a 100 shot tournament. A 22 avg in a 100 shot tournament (88 out of 100). 3 years good standing on team. 29
Lightning is the only thing that shuts us down. There will be a 20 minute Rule after the last strike. 30
Must have your own 12 or 20 gauge shotgun You are responsible to bring ammo to events Don t EVER bring your shotgun to school, Also no part of a shotgun shell or empty box is allowed at school. Eye/Ear Protection and Shooting Vest/ Shooting Pouch (not a hoody w/pockets). Also no orange vests or hunting vests. Vests should be Navy, Black or Tan. Pink is ok. Wear your team shirt and team hat to practice and events NO EXCEPTIONS You are now part of a Varsity Laker Sport. Shell catchers are required for all semi-automatics. 31

Our MN Clay Target league is now part of the USA clay target league. Nationals will be near Lansing Michigan again this year. Dates July 6TH-10th I want to take top 5 shooters. I will start at the top. You can qualify based on league average. 22 averages and up are initial qualifications. Registration fees paid by the team. 33
