Cleaning the Market House, Pavilion, Catherine's Close toilet Paying Somerset Council to open, close and clean Millbrook toilets daily Staffing : Town Clerk 37 hrs, Deputy Clerk 18 hrs, Marketing & Communications Administrator 20 hrs, Maintenance Manager 10 hrs Paying into a car park compensation scheme to retain free parking at Millbrook and Catherines Close car parks

Section 106 - funding from developers paid to CCTC and Ansford Parish Council for joint projects Play area replacement of equipment Receipt of monies for the new Pavilion Table Tennis Table on Fairfield Re-surfacing part of the Pump Track Resurfacing of Basketball area on the Donald Pither Field
