We are risk takers in our teaching, but we constantly monitor and evaluate the impact of our delivery to maximise outcomes,. When ideas don t go the way we want or expect, we demonstrate resilience through engaging in a reflective evaluation Nothing is impossible Success Criteria Challenge Enjoy Learning Modelling Never Giveup Wrenn staff engage with all stakeholders including the MAT, governors, leaders, parents and pupils. We ensure we build positive relationships within the classroom to maximise pupils outcomes. Wrenn staff also engage with research to ensure we become the best practitioners that we can be.
