  4. OAC Subcommittee Concerns What is the wait time to receive MAT from Ideal Option? At Ideal Option, patients are scheduled for their first appointment within 24 business hours or on the same day if possible. Walk-ins are welcome and urgent referrals from community partners such as jails and emergency departments are prioritized. Can Phoenix Rising please provide greater detail related to their culturally-specific resources for folks coming out of prison, and address wages for their staff? Phoenix Rising s peers are recruited from the prison-based classes they attend while incarcerated; they all have lived experience of transitioning from jail or prison. Phoenix Rising is committed to using new M110 funding to hire a more diverse staff, increase wages for peers, and support culturally-specific outreach. 4

  5. OAC Subcommittee Concerns Concern raised about whether Lutheran Community Services is hiring peer wellness specialists over addiction specialists. Lutheran Community Services will use M110 funds to hire a bi-lingual CADC and CADC Supervisor to provide culturally and linguistically appropriate services in Washington County. Will services provided by M110 funding at Sequoia Mental Health be only for those diagnosed with SUD, not for clients outside of SUD needs? Yes, Measure 110 funding will only be used for clients with SUD disorders. 5
