Community feedback was gathered regarding proposed active travel improvements in Hill Lane, including segregated on-road cycle lanes and new zebra crossing points. The cycle lanes will be intersected by the bus stops requiring cyclists to briefly merge with the carriageway if the buses are stopped there. It s quicker to walk than take the regular(u6) bus to town I don t cycle at the moment because it is too dangerous to cycle in most of the city.
