  4. Activities WP2 2.3.2. Work Package 2 2.3.2.1. Subcontracting Subcontracting for Cluster Management Excellence certification (Task 2.3) For obtaining the labels clusters will be benchmarked under The European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis (ESCA) benchmarking approach by one of the ESCA experts according with the guidelines available at: https://www.cluster-analysis.org/ Five Cluster Management Excellence labels will be achieved within the SMART4NZEB project: four Bronze (Pro-nZEB, SGG, PSDiK and Pro-Akademia which have no labelling at the moment) and one Silver (DUNDJER which has a Bronze label and wants to go for Silver). The amounts budgeted for Cluster Management Excellence labeling respect the limits for cluster labeling support: EUR 1.333 or EUR 1.000 after application of the 75% max. reimbursement rate. The subcontracting will be awarded according to national legal framework ensuring the best value for money or, if appropriate, the lowest price. In doing so, it will be avoided any conflict of interests according to ARTICLE 20 CONFLICT OF INTERESTS in the Multi-Beneficiary Model Grant Agreement. <Logo>

  5. Title Brief Description Target (quantity) Number of benchmarking analysis of clusters current situation Number of SWOT Analysis of target market for nZEB 5 benchmarking analyses will be produced in the first months of the project for evaluation of clusters current situation in order to produce recommendations for training programs and cluster development and innovation strategies One SWOT analysis (with minimum 6 strengths, 6 weaknesses, 6 opportunities and 6 threats identified and described) of the target market for nZEB will be elaborated including information for each country involved. 5 cluster organizations will be engaged in Bronze and Silver Cluster Management Excellence labelling (from no certification to Bronze: Pro-nZEB, SGG, PSDiK, Pro-Akademia and from Bronze to Silver: DUNDJER) 5 1 Number of cluster organizations engaged in labelling 5 <Logo>
