  2. Tournament (UTA) Organization (UTA) Player Brackets (UTA) Challenge pass (do-overs) NACDD will provide actual pass Celebrity & ProAm (exhibition for Friday night kick-off) (UTA)

  3. Marketing (NACDD) Flyers Banners Logos Branding and website T-shirts (participant welcome pkg. & for sale) Participant Welcome package

  4. Media/PR/Advertising (NACDD) NACDD will procure media coverage and advertisements Press releases to be written by NACDD UTA will post flyers at their facilities

  5. Sponsorship Both NACDD and UTA will procure sponsorships or gift-in kind offers Wilson Nike Coca-cola Etc.

  6. Partners (NACDD) Cartoon Network ALTA USTA Public Partners

  7. Celebrities Both NACDD and UTA will procure celebrity endorsements/participation Tennis Radio/Local TV Basketball Football

  8. Site Logistics Map of site layout (UTA) Shuttle (NACDD) Overnight security (NACDD) Port-a-potties (NACDD) Tents and tables (NACDD)

  9. Silent Auction Solicit donations Both NACDD and UTA will solicit donations Tables and cloths (NACDD) Item descriptions (NACDD) Auction winner payments/ item distribution (NACDD)

  10. Awards (NACDD) Awards Ribbons Sportsmanship award

  11. Fiscal Management (NACDD) Donations Registration Based on monies raised, NACDD will provide funding for the New to Tennis scholarship program.

  12. City & County Red Tape (UTA) Police Traffic Noise ordinance Etc.

  13. Vendors (NACDD) Will be for-profit (ie. Tennis apparel, equipment, etc.) Food trucks Rita s ice, King of Pops, etc

The Program (NACDD) Proceeds raised from the tournament will go to fund a UTA scholarship program- New to Tennis Program to be prescribed by Atlanta-area pediatricians Online registration monitored by NACDD, sent to UTA Weigh-ins at the beginning of each lesson documented and sent to NACDD monthly To be implemented by UTA

  17. Pediatricians (UTA) David Stolle s wife is a pediatrician who graduated from Emory- very well connected to other Atlanta-area pediatricians NACDD will create all materials and assist in the distribution to pediatric partners

  18. Volunteer Staffing Ball boys (Friday night exhibition) - UTA NACDD staff UTA staff Volunteers
